Licensed Esthetician
What you do:
Provide high-quality, results-driven skincare services in a medical aesthetics environment. This includes customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, waxing, and detailed skin consultations. You will support client treatment plans and work alongside injectors and laser technicians to deliver services such as Luxury-style Facial Treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, PRP/PRF facial support, acne and anti-aging treatments, and post-procedure skincare guidance. You will also educate clients on home care routines, medical-grade skincare products, and long-term skin health plans.

Experience:

Marketing Assistant
What you do:
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Bright Sky Aesthetics’ marketing efforts across multiple channels. This includes social media management, content creation, email and SMS campaigns, promotions, and overall brand growth. You’ll assist with event planning, brand ambassador coordination, sponsorships, and cooperative marketing initiatives with other local businesses. The role may also include occasional in-person outreach such as canvassing neighborhoods, supporting seasonal promotions, and representing the brand at community events. You will help track campaign performance, organize marketing assets, and ensure brand messaging stays consistent across platforms.
Who this is for:
Creative, organized self-starters who enjoy both strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves posting, filming, writing, brainstorming ideas, and turning concepts into real-world marketing actions. You should be comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with a small but fast-moving team.
Experience:

Brand Ambassador
What you do:
Represent Bright Sky Aesthetics at local events, pop-ups, and promotions. You engage with potential clients, hand out promo materials, help people scan QR codes, distribute branded merch, and confidently represent a high-end med spa offering Botox, filler, PRF, PRP, laser treatments, resurfacing, and more.
Who this is for:
People who love beauty, aesthetics, and connecting with others. This role is perfect for outgoing, polished, high-energy individuals who enjoy being the face of a brand and making a great first impression.
Experience:
Prior brand ambassador, sales, promotions, or customer-facing experience is required. You must be comfortable talking about aesthetic treatments and interacting with the public.
Perks:
Complimentary or deeply discounted aesthetic treatments as part of training and brand immersion.
Availability:
Must be available for events and comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed. This is very occasional work that comes in waves, mostly in the spring and summer.
